  • Report technical issues promptly

Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Equipment

BACMeter-provided equipment remains the property of BACMeter and must be returned upon service termination. Users are responsible for equipment care and prompt reporting of damage.

Data and Privacy

Test results, videos, and related data may be shared with courts, probation officers, employers, or other authorized parties as required by law or service agreements.

Limitation of Liability

BACMeter provides monitoring services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes in legal or employment matters. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and orders.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, terms, or pricing with appropriate notice to users and authorized parties.

Termination

Services may be terminated by court order, program completion, non-compliance, or non-payment of fees.
